UPDATE: READ IMMEDIATELY

UPDATE: Just letting everyone know, this is being posted from my NEW mac laptop!!
Anyway, to the real bit of matters: I will be starting to post entries from Melinda's book again (sorry it took me so long) in case anyone wants to know. I would be posting right now but I am about to completely pass out and it is 10:49 and I have gotten about 5 hours of sleep for the past multiple days so I am sleep-deprived and I probably won't even remember if I actually posted this or if it was a dream.
So, on that (actually neutral, I think) note, Adios for now!

Entries 7.1-7.2

Entry 7.1, day 30
I have made up my mind. I do like horses. It is fun to attack Akira. I feel like running her over.
There is also someone I now feel is completely annoying. His name is Nilon. He is a sprite who rides at the barn, and he nearly ran over Laison. His horse is named Nirvak... that's an unusual name, even by sprite standards.
There's also a mare named Siri who has a foal named Ralok. He's very... cute.
I need to stop talking like a human. Goodbye.
Entry 7.2, day 33
Is talking- or typing, more accurately- like a human a good thing? Human speech is so... simple. I mean, words in it are so simple to use. Sprites try to talk a bit more sophisticated. I need to get back into that habit. Humans are too apathetic about language.

Sorry I haven't posted in a while... Entries 6.1-6.2

Entry 6.1, day 27
AARRGHH... sorry, just had to get that out. I really hate Mrs. Conaclova. She is such a... textbook definitionist. She said the class was basically slow... and then tried to pass it off as merely being bluntly honest. Whenever anyone calls anyone else "slow" it is implied as something negative.
Yeah, she's... I won't say. You probably can't even spell it out with human letters, anyway.
Entry 6.2, day 28
Does anyone ever get the feeling that you're being watched? I certainly do. And all I'm doing right now is typing. And paperwork (technically, it's all on the laptop.) Lai broke his leg attempting to go rollerskating. Huh.
I first saw a horse today. I don't know if I like horses. His name is Irish, and he is about six feet tall. At the shoulders. See, Lai dragged me to a barn today (or more accurately, Akira did... he more limped along behind us...) and soo... that's basically it.
I'm bored.

And me, as Lora, misses noah.

Just letting everyone know...

I have another blog, this one mainly being about me and my encounters with a certain strange and chaotic force called life. (Melinda would've loved that sentence... it's not a run-on, yet it uses 100 letters and 22 words... not that I'm counting or anything...)
oh yeahh, you probably need the blog address...
http://www.pearlescentshine.blogspot.com/
soo yeahh, check it out...
p.s. Conaclova! Who does that remind you of?

Enough anecdotes from my life. Story. Type now. Entries 5.4-5.7

Entry 5.4, day 24
Now- ugh. Lai is here. He says he needs to leave early, to meet Akira. I do not like him or Akira. I will strangle him if he does not stop singing (or attempting to sing) sprite songs. He is exceptionally bad at it, and I have never heard anyone pronounce "Njarsa" as "Najerza" before.
Anyway. I am working on an enclosed "black hole." Is time-travel possible, I wonder?
Ugh, I sound like a fantasy geek.
Goodbye.
Entry 5.5, day 25
"School" started today. So far, I have managed to perplex last year's "valedictorian," 2 teachers, and the entire class.
I have homework. Also known as self-inflicted-yet-adult-imposed torture. I have already finished it, anyway.
Okay. I thought it was impossible for one person to drone on and on and on about one single subject. Until I met Mrs. Conaclova, aka "the Volcano." Does she really think we are that stupid? ("we" being the class.) She explains every single thing we have to do in the "science" class. For example, she handed out a sheet of instructions and said, "Now let's begin by going downward on the list. Avan, can you read the list starting with the top and going downward?"
Then she proceeded to pause at least 32 times (I counted) to define every word.
There were only 7 things on the list. She clearly thinks we are the slowest natives on the planet. I don't like her.
Although I do like Mr. Corranil. He's strict, but I actually learned something in his class. He teaches social studies. We also now have something called current events. Basically we bring in something controversial to his class and debate it the entire classtime. I can't wait. I am going to be great.
Entry 5.6, day 26
First current event day tomorrow/tommorrow. I have had mine picked out for two days. Sprite's economy crisis.
Yeahh. Well, Lai's been going to school too, and apparently he's not having a good time. He is getting out of his school as rapidly as he possibly can. So that means he hanging around here, with Akira, trying for about three hours to get his homework done. He usually gets it finished (eventually) while I type these. Lai is kind of slow.
Entry 5.7, day 27
Yeah, I was right. I rule at current events. And I developed the laptop computer I was making. A perfect day, and no homework. I'm typing this from the laptop, as I have already transferred the files to it.
Great. Lai needs help with homework. I'll write later if I have time.
Huh. English is weird. Still.
